#4 - The number of games Syracuse will play outside of the Dome before the calendar turns to 2014.

Speaking of schedules, Syracuse will not only be playing a tougher schedule than usual this year, but they will also we leaving the friendly confines of the dome more than usual during November and December this year.

They are guaranteed 3 games on a neutral court in Hawaii, and are also traveling to take on St. John's in the Garden.

Don't worry though, they won't get any credit from national announcers.  All the talking heads will continue to be lazy and rely on old, out-dated generalizations about Syracuse's schedule.

Let's just take a quick look at some of the other top 10 teams this season just for fun...

Kentucky - 3 neutral games, 1 away game
Louisville - 3 neutral games, 2 away games
Duke - 4 neutral games, 1 away game
Arizona - 2 neutral games, 2 away games
Florida - 1 neutral game, 3 away games

So yea, the next time Doug Gottlieb or Jeff Goodman tries to tell you how soft the Syracuse schedule is and how they never leave the dome, just dust this piece back off and reassure yourself they have no idea what they are talking about.
